Book your Byways Breaks, 2016 walking or cycling holiday before the end of November at 2015 prices

Byways Breaks 2016 walking and cycling holidays brochure and updated website will be ready in early December. Bookings for next year are already coming in, mainly for walking holidays on the popular long distance trail walks like Offa’s Dyke Path, Glyndwrs Way and the Pembrokeshire Coast path.

Please note, if you are planning to your walking holiday on Offa’s Dyke Path in May, early June 2016, you will need to avoid being in Hay between 26 May and 5 June, when the Hay Festival is on. Accommodation in Hay is fully booked at this time in all the B & BS we use and most other places and has been for some months now. The end of May is always a really busy time in Hay and the surrounding area.

Other busy times are the National Eistedfodd which this year is in AbergavennyDyke and is the at the end of July and the first week in August, The Llangollen Eisteddfod which is on 5 – 10 July and the Royal Welsh Show which is 18 – 21 July and the Knighton area is always busy then.
