Customer feedback about our cycling and walking holidays is very important to us. We really listen to what our customers say about and use their feedback to improve our holidays. Byways Breaks consistently get scores of 9 and 10 out of 10, for overall holiday experience. Overall the quality of service from Byways was excellent, nothing was too much for Carolyn. Om;y one thing was not as per the itinerary, this was the reservation for one evening meal, but this was more likely the venue and not Byways. I would recommend Byways for anyone doing the Shropshire Way. DB
